Futile Discussions in Articles of Faith

Imaam Shaafi’ (Rahmatullahi alaih) loathed futile discussion in Masaail pertaining to I’tiqaad [Faith and Belief]. He would say: “Don’t go to a person who speaks such things, regardless of him flying in the sky or walking on water.”
